Every time I go down to Caserta I punctually go to their dairy in Castel di Sasso where I find some delicious cheese specialties. But mozzarella is the undisputed queen, the best ever, better than ever eaten! And when I go back to Milan I always have to bring 3/4 kg of it because my friends who demand it because they too confirm that it is the best ever. Right level of flavour, firmness, colour, shape etc etc exceptional The ladies who work there are always very helpful and kind. See you again in a few months!

02/04/2024: Very high quality!!!! We stayed at the “ADDO ZI LUIGINO” farmhouse, we arrived late in the evening, the very kind staff prepared us a delicious platter of local cured meats and cheeses with house wine, EXCEPTIONAL! The room was spotless and equipped with all the necessary comforts. In the morning we were served an excellent breakfast, always served with such kindness and availability. What about lunch, one course more delicious than the other, generous portions and an incredible flavour!!!!! Price more than excellent, I will definitely return. Congratulations to all the staff, incredibly kind, helpful, cheerful and professional!!!! I can't wait to go back!!!!
