The servers are suuuuper friendly and the pizza is TO DIE FOR! The base bread has been left to rise for 100 hours and tastes like heaven - so light and fluffy. All their pizza varieties are amazing, you can't go wrong with any. My favorite was the grape, walnut and cheese, and the cheese and white truffle oil. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Casa Manco is now our favorite stop for Roman pizza al taglio in Rome and, being both pizza lovers and frequent Rome visitors, we have tried many.
The crust is perfect, both crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The toppings are made from fresh seasonal products that are combined creatively and successfully. We tried several and all were fabulous, but our absolute favorite was the pizza rossa…that delicious crust slathered with a highly concentrated blend of tomatoes, herbs and olive oil. The owner described it as addictive (“crea dependenza”) and it most certainly is. We tried it three months ago and the memory lingers.

Testaccio is the best neighborhood if you love food and Casa Manco was the best pizza experience in Rome. We went to Bonci pizzarium, don’t even bother. Just go to this place on the market, take a few slices and enjoy the atmosphere. I can say for sure it was one of the best pizza I ever had and the owner was very friendly.

I am a loyal Neapolitan pizza lover but this pizza nearly converted me. The quality of the dough seriously wowed. Who knows what goes into the "100 hour" dough and how necessary that time is but they are going something very right. The appearance and range of toppings resulted in anguish associated with the decision making. Can't imagine getting better roman pizza for the price. There are competitive and limited places to sit an eat in the vicinity.

How to tell you ! I have never eaten such good and varied pizzas! We were welcomed like kings! In a small covered market, in the middle of several stands, Casa Manco is a must!! It was so good! I wanted to eat a real pizza and I was served!

We concur that this is the best pizza we ate in Rome and all of Italy. Located inside the Mercato Testaccio. Fun to walk around and see the different booths, then order some delicious pizza and enjoy.
