Small but welcoming place, friendly staff despite the crazy requests from customers 😄 I really liked the pizza and the speed of the service. I was very satisfied with the place since usually in pizzerias like this there is a bit of hysteria among the staff, here everything is calm despite the fact that they do takeaway service

Tutto sommato è una buona pizzeria, anche se piccola e con posti stretti. Ci siamo stati in 4 e ci hanno sistemati su un tavolino singolo, che personalmente raccomanderei per due persone. Mix fritto un po’ troppo costoso e deludente, carpaccio normale. Le pizze sono abbastanza buone e il servizio è rapido. Abbiamo speso circa 20€ a testa prendendo anche la birra.

Pizzeria a Castellana Grotte… Buonissima e ingredienti di ottima qualità. Menù con una vasta scelta tra pizze e stuzzicherai tante birre anche artigianali Consiglio a tutti e grazie ai proprietari per la loro gentilezza e professionalità

Se cercate una vera pizza con ingredienti ottimi e materie prime di qualità a occhi chiusi vi consiglio di assaggiare la pizza e le varie specialità che offre la carbonella.

06/04/2024: Excellent restaurant in the historic center of Polignano. Very nice location, very attentive service and fish menu with a decent choice. Prices commensurate with quality. Definitely a place to return to when in the area. Polignano, like all of Puglia south of Bari, is now full of tourist traps. As a native of Puglia, I'm happy that there are still people like Mr. Fabio who does his job in a professional manner, which is the only way to last over time.
