From the moment we crossed the threshold of California in Marotta, we knew we were somewhere special. The welcoming atmosphere and the elegant but sober furnishings immediately transported us to an environment where the sea is the undisputed protagonist. The service was impeccable from the beginning: courteous, attentive and truly passionate staff about seafood. They guided us through the menu with professionalism, suggesting dishes that became unforgettable moments of our evening. Speaking of food, it's difficult to put into words the quality and freshness of the seafood served at California. Each dish was a work of art, from the raw appetizer, which seemed to dance on the plate with bright colors and intense flavors, up to the dessert, a surprising combination of sweet and savory that closed the meal in style. The dish that struck me the most was undoubtedly the seafood risotto: creamy at the right point, every bite was a sensorial journey that told the story of the sea. The salted sea bass was also exceptional, cooked to perfection and spectacularly presented. We cannot forget the selection of wines, perfectly paired with the dishes and capable of enhancing every nuance of flavour. The staff was excellent in advising us on the best pairing, making every sip an integral part of the culinary experience. In conclusion, Marotta's California is much more than a restaurant: it is a destination that celebrates the best of seafood cuisine, a place where every detail is taken care of to perfection to give its guests an unforgettable experience. What a beautiful day!!😍 What a wonderful experience at the California Restaurant in Marotta! The charm of the angry sea, the location just a stone's throw away so you can fully enjoy it. We were welcomed with great kindness and the staff immediately demonstrated excellent attention to detail… Noticing our helmets and immediately finding a suitable place to store them safely, for example! The food was of excellent quality, with exceptional grilled and fried dishes that conquered our palate. The sea view was simply fabulous, and with the addition of the magnificent breeze, the atmosphere was truly enchanting. The seafood menu offered a variety of delicious dishes, including polenta with fish, a unique dish that reflects the culinary spirit of this restaurant. The staff was not only professional but also extremely pleasant, making the experience even more enjoyable. We really appreciated their flexibility in changing our table mid-service...to allow us to enjoy the sea breeze during lunch! An availability that really surprised us! I highly recommend the California Restaurant for a gastronomic experience of quality and tradition, a breathtaking view and impeccable service. I often go to the California restaurant, in spring and autumn the waterfront is so quiet. In summer as in winter you can spend romantic evenings in company, even with a good dish and a good glass of wine.

We went on the recommendation of a friend of ours who frequents the place. Good advice!!! Everything was really good from the starter to the second course, the second course which we had to take home due to the abundant previous dishes, however in the evening we reheated the sea bass with potatoes which was delicious!!!! We will be back to try other dishes!!!!

I was in this restaurant on the Marotta seafront for a lunch break, I tasted fish starters and first courses, all very delicious The staff is very courteous and helpful, the restaurant has a large internal room, in summer it also has tables outside Advised

Di ritorno da una gita fuori porta con una bella comitiva, un passaggio a Senigallia, siamo arrivati in questo ristorante. Cosa dire? Tutto fantastico, accoglienza, e cibo superlativo. Cosa volere di più. Ancora complimenti. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Posto abbastanza tranquillo con spiaggia davanti ambiente pulito e personale abbastanza all'altezza sinceramente ho visto di meglio come servizio tavola
