la colazione ideale dell'Umarel. caffe di ottima terrefazione bolognese ,con lettura dei quotidiani sin dall'apertura . le brioche sono ottime e anche le creazioni della signora invogliano a fermarsi per una piacevole pausa . per i nostalgici come il sottoscritto sandwich con uovo e maionese e torta di riso buonissimi.. Propetari sempre garbati e gentile . quando c'é la passione nel mestiere scelto si vede e si sente..bravi

24/03/2024: Great location by the center Historico of Bologna City. Fresh products and delicious combination of pure tradition recipes and fresh local products. Let’s mention the special prosciutto crudo, baked bread and buffala di mozzarella and the best main course, Lassagna, best of the best!!! And the best match of the products servered in the Tratoria are as well the service from the team with the great guy Ervis on top of the team. Thank you for the hospitality guys and see you soon in your place and from now on, our place too! You make our trip to Bologna, a great one and gave us a big reason to travel to Bologna more often!
