Caffe’ Il Nazionale In Ravenna

Needing to sit in the Piazza del Popolo after a fair bit of walking, we only wanted a beer. Service was very slow and the apparently ditzy waitress needed a couple of reminders to fetch our order but she was such a lovely personality and we were certainly in no rush so we did not mind. What we did not expect was the freebie plate of delicious warm savouries, lunch sorted! Great place to watch the world go by and the Piazza itself has most interesting architecture. Very reasonable price too

Alto artigianato in una città che, con rare eccezioni, non conosce buona pasticceria né salato. Caffè ottimo, paste ottime, grande qualità, servizio gentile e premuroso.
