A surprising acquaintance in the historic building. Great interior and good blues. Even the staff eventually thinned out.

We came here by accident and only after ordering did we look at the reviews. We waited for the food with great uncertainty, but our worries turned out to be unnecessary - pici pasta with tomato sauce was delicious, the pizza was good (7/10). The next day we returned for coffee and tiramisu and everything was delicious. The only minus is the quite long waiting time for dinner.

Nice place, poor service: we waited 25min for pizza (late afternoon), which came barerly warm, waiter forgot to bring a cup of tea. Paying with a card available only upstairs, we got no receipt!

We ate at this restaurant twice and were surprised by some of the previous reviews. The meal was not from cans of canned goods, but rather of good quality, there were 7 of us and we ate very well. The price is reasonable, the servers are friendly and took great care of us despite the big lunchtime rush!

We had a delicious meal here, the house wine is highly recommended, price-quality very good! The service is very friendly, they brought water for our dog without us asking. If you want, you can always look for something negative, but in my opinion there is nothing to criticize here. Recommended!

Piatti tipici molto buoni, ottimi i pici, ambiente familiare, personale gentile. Ristorante al primo piano sopra il bar (con scale).

There were three of us and it was the only restaurant that welcomed us late in the evening for dinner. Friendly and helpful staff, really good food and excellent value for money. Really recommended!

Excellent lunch, very good tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, not to mention the fillet with porcini mushrooms, superb, tender and succulent meat cooked to perfection covered with caps of porcini mushrooms.

We had a good family meal (some pastas and a great spicy chicken breast) with lots of drinks (beers, wine, covktails and mocktails). Food very tasty, service efficient but not particularly warm/welcoming. Not keen to accept credit card.

23/02/2024: Posto a me molto caro, per me e mia mogie tappa fissa quando siamo da queste parti. Il cibo squisito (in particolare costate e fiorentine da urlo), la calda accoglienza e la bellezza del locale, dal quale si gode di una bellissima vista di Montepulciano, rendono questo ristorante un posto speciale.
08/10/2023: Da anni con la mia famiglia parlavamo di provare questo ristorante e finalmente oggi ci siamo riusciti! Una piacevolissima scoperta! I prezzi in relazione alla qualità secondo me sono assolutamente congrui. Ottima la qualità del cibo e anche le porzioni. Il personale cortese e professionale! Abbiamo assaggiato il pollo cotto al mattone: a mio giudizio la portata migliore di tutto il pranzo! Non perché il resto dei piatti non fosse all’altezza, anzi! Ma il pollo era di un livello sopperire! Morbido anche il petto, succoso, saporito! La pelle croccante! Anche le patate arrosto buonissime e croccanti! I crostoni con provola e funghi deliziosi! I formaggi ottimi, in particolare quello al tartufo! Consigliatissimo! Se sarò di nuovo in zona spero di poter mangiare ancora in questo locale.

La Corte Dell' Ulivo

26/05/2024: We ate in this place, a beautiful location in Montepulciano, a wonderful city. We were welcomed by trained and kind staff by choosing a table in the typical courtyard of the medieval historic center. We decided to eat the local dishes: Pici all'aglione, Florentine steak and cantucci with vin santo for dessert. Well, one can only say that everything is delicious accompanied by an excellent noble wine. The cost was fair for the food eaten. We recommend it to everyone, we will definitely return.
24/05/2024: Every time I pass through Montepulciano I stop to eat here, the place is beautiful, in the historic centre, a few steps from the main square, the food is exquisite with traditional Tuscan dishes (we have tasted everything and have always been satisfied), the owners they are fabulous people...can't wait to go back...
