Excellent food also express dishes. Friendly service, welcoming environment

Many of you perhaps don't know that artisan bars still exist in Palermo, those where the staff arrives at 5 in the morning for preparation and which produce everything without using frozen or pre-cooked products. Then you stop here and find sweet and savory pieces, rotisserie and pastry shop, at lunch they serve express dishes where the pasta cooks for 10 minutes and not 4 because it's the way you cook it at home, you can choose from around fifty labels of wines, including foreign ones, and a large number of beers. What else can I add? I would say nothing, the rest is done by the kindness of the staff, the low prices and the generous portions. Stop by even just for a coffee, it's really worth it.

The first thing to mention is the kindness of the staff, never rude, never annoyed and always always kind (they even say hello when they are passing by on the street!). With that said, let's get to the food I tried. Arancine: among the best eaten Lunch: I tried the pasta, casseroles etc a few times and they were always delicious Desserts: also very good, perhaps a little limited in choice. To drink: I don't drink so I haven't tried it but I'm always fascinated by the numerous craft beers I see displayed in their fridges. In short, definitely worth a try!
