Classic Piedmontese cuisine. Great place! We eat really well. Quality products. I gave 5 stars to the service even if the entire fifth is not. It would be a 4.5 but because I really enjoyed myself I don't want to lower the result. However, the service was a bit "anxious".

Pleasant discovery thanks to the colleague with me today. Well-finished dishes, excellent quality raw materials and the right quantities. For lunch it is best to book.

Siamo stati a cena con amici in questo bel locale a Castel del Bosco (frazione di Roure). I piatti sono ottimi e di generose porzioni. Il personale è cordiale, attento e veloce. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Ci torneremo.

Siamo stati un giorno a pranzo su indicazione di amici del posto! Ottima esperienza! Siamo tornati per la sera di San Valentino e ancora un giorno a pranzo! Sempre al top! Tutti gentili e super professionali! Ottimi piatti e prezzi commisurati! Noi lo consigliamo vivamente!

Se fai una gita a Fenestrelle, passi da usseaux e magari fai tappa al lago laux non puoi non fermarti a mangiare al ristorante cacciatori...materie prime di alta qualità, piatti preparati con dovizia e una carta dei vini validissima. Prezzi nella norma, personale molto gentile e competente. Io ci ritorno sempre molto volentieri

06/04/2024: Very nice place with a nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to customers. We took a tasting menu (starter, first course, second course and dessert) and an à la carte starter, first course and dessert. The food is good, but there was nothing that made us go "wow". For the price and the reviews we had read we expected more from the food, stronger and more surprising flavours. The portions are a little small and the prices medium/high.
06/04/2024: Osteria in name, but in fact a pleasant and comfortable place that offers excellent quality food with dishes that respect tradition. Congratulations to all the staff for their professionalism, availability and kindness in satisfying customer requests. Personally, we had such a good time and liked the cuisine on offer that we returned twice for dinner. Excellent quality/price ratio in relation to the quality of the products offered. Preferable to book. Recommended, being in the area.
