The grill attendant, Giuseppe, proved to be up to the demanding and fundamental role, carrying out his delicate task with the utmost commitment and objective professionalism. The guys who served us, Angelo, Sofia, Sara and Nicola, were very polite and prepared. The meat-based dishes are excellent and abundant, characteristic of the mountain resort of Canolo. Opportunity to be repeated.. I highly recommend it.

Di passaggio in moto immersi nel verde, mi sono regalato una tappa in questa Risto-macelleria. L’accoglienza, il servizio ed il cibo ti invitano a ritornare presto. Grigliata mista e patate nella cenere al top. Grande Giuseppe che sa cuocere benissimo le carni di vario tipo. Prezzi ottimi rapportati alla qualità.
