Typical barbecue joint that can only be found in the area, located on the outskirts in front of another famous restaurant.
Meat cooked well and tasty.

Small and cozy place, staff not very welcoming.
We didn't like the meat, we tasted good breaded strips, but too full of garlic (which made us feel sick in the following hours), rubbery livers and sausage.
Starter (charcuterie plate) not good, cheese yes.
High price compared to the quality offered

A little cramped place but the meat is good and the prices are low. It is not a real restaurant but the fact that it is a butcher guarantees the quality of the meat. All in all, many more advantages than defects.

Entering this grill is like visiting relatives! The environment is confidential even if small and you immediately feel at home.
Mr. Giuseppe puts all his passion and pride in what he does and in the preparation and Mrs. Anna completes it with her care!
Cooking of meat and potatoes with exposed skin, delicious local products. A bit of "uncertainty" in the service which can certainly be improved but definitely recommended!

We visit Rosso Di Sera with 2 kids. The place is lovely. Food was more than delicious (even for picky kids). The owner and staff were really kind and considerate. Honestly if I could give them 10 star I would gladly do it. If you are visiting Bari, Martina Franca, you should definitely make a stop at this cozy, delicious restaurant.

Red in the evening, a true certainty. Happened last year by chance, this year we returned and reconfirm the excellent opinion. Delicious capocollo, exceptional meat, attentive and friendly service. Next year... three of a kind.

We were part of a group that visited the farm and production facility and then got to dine at their braceria. It was truly an amazing time and the food was delicious. The copocollo was sooo good. I would have filled my suitcase if it weren’t for the regulations on bring meats back to the US.
