Amazing bombette and high quality meat in general, cooked on the grill by true professionals. Good appetizers, excellent potato side dishes, fast service and great hospitality. They also prepare simple first courses for small children. We ate very well in this place just outside the walls of the historic center of Cisternino... recommended!
