Externally the place doesn't do it justice. Inside is a very spacious and nice room. Excellent quality raw material. They have various types of meat. From Florentine to meatballs. Highly recommended

The tradition of grilled meat in the Libertà district. The arrosticini di strata are a new religion for me, but the rest is excellent too. They recently introduced dry-aged meats, which I find good and at the right cost. Basic but comfortable place.

Sabato sera in braceria. Posto grande e servizio, nonostante l'affluenza di gente, veloce. Cucina a vista e carne di buona qualità. Unica nota dolente: il prezzo. A fine cena arriva il conto eccessivamente alto. €70: 2 piatti di patate al forno, 9 bruschette, olive, 2 brocche di vino e una birra grande. €150: tagliata da 1.6 kgr (non di Kobe, giuro), 2 carpacci, 4 spiedini di salsiccia, 4 di bombette,4 spiedini misti. Impossibile avere info sul dettaglio del prezzo causa menù inesistente. I ragazzi del personale, alle nostre richieste di info, sembravano controfigure del Conte Mascetti (Amici Miei, ndr). Consiglio: se mangiate qui CHIEDETE il dettaglio di ogni singola cosa che mangiate. PS. Però il limoncello è offerto .

20/02/2024: It is difficult to find the right words to describe the mystical experience that Gianni and his wife made us live. A lunch that to define as lavish is an understatement: extremely delicious cured meats, handcrafted, porchetta (dreamlike) caciocavallo, bombette, sausages and trotters, livers (memorable), and finally a delicious and succulent rib-eye cut directly at the table. Some of my guests didn't usually eat meat, they even arrived at the end of the (abundant) meal, telling me that they couldn't wait to go back, because the flavors released by the meat and cured meats were authentic and tasty. All washed down obviously with a good sussimaniello, an excellent local wine. Once again a commendable thank you for the kindness of the owners. Until next time, Vincent
