21/09/2023: Exceptional and authentic cuisine of the Valpolicella. Everything is home-made...hand made. I have been coming here for the past 35 years, and this very well-run trattoria with truly tasty local dishes never disappoints. The dining room is on the main floor of a wonderful old hotel in the middle of Sant' Ambrogio. Run by the same family for over a century. Typical, excellent food, wine, and service. This is the old, and real Italy which remains without embellishments. Wonderful!
