Serata un po' particolare, per cui non una cena tradizionale, ma utile per poter apprezzare un ambiente per me nuovo e davvero di livello interessante. Luci indovinate per intensità e colore, arredamento perfetto, personale solerte ed attento, cucina adeguata alle aspettative ed una selezione fra vini ed alcoolici vari che certamente non delude.

We came across this restaurant in Milan by chance and were positively surprised by the delicious dishes offered. The experience was truly beyond words: the welcome was impeccable and the meeting with the team was very pleasant. Furthermore, it was a real honor to meet Edorardo Borgia, the author of all this. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and memorable dining experience in Milan. Not for all budgets but an unforgettable experience.

Excellent experience, we celebrated an anniversary here and the choice of this place was perfect. Friendly and precise service, amazing taste and presentation of the food, my Bloody Mary with clarified tomato alone deserved the best, and in fact I got an encore. We will definitely be back.

And here we are, first time in a restaurant of this kind, we've been out for 1 hour and I already feel like I have to leave our review... would I go back? Right away!!! Very nice restaurant..impeccable service. The guy who served us was friendly and very professional. He made us feel at home. He was able to advise us on food and wine/beer pairings...perfectly but with that lightness that doesn't create too much formality with the customer. ..which we are not used to and in fact we had a great time...very good food, dishes that were beautiful to look at and rich in flavour, I couldn't exactly say which dish I liked most because each was better than the other, perhaps a special mention to the chef's dish... if I remember correctly... tagliolini with rabbit sauce, lemon peel and truffle... idyllic... we had a psyche menu which was spot on... all in all we couldn't have had more fun explain the dishes when the courses arrived but after having tasted them....to play a bit on discovering the ingredients...and it made the dinner even more captivating...at the end of the dinner we also met chef Lovato who is came to show us some delicious sweets. Don't be influenced by the 2 negative reviews.... they definitely won't have been here. In conclusion, everyone is truly excellent, thank you

Il locale si trova in una zona semi centrale di Milano, di facile raggiungimento e con buone possibilità di parcheggio. Ampio, moderno, elegante senza inutile sfarzo; personalmente l'ho trovato un pò "freddo", sia a livello di temperatura (soprattutto per le donne, usualmente con abbigliamento più leggero), che di ambiente; nell'ambito di tale "appunto" personalmente non condivido la scelta di non utilizzare tovaglie, anche se ormai costituisce una consuetudine milanese. Personale cordiale, giovane, empatico senza invadenza, molto preparato; un plauso particolare al sommelier, con il quale abbiamo condiviso un percorso degustazione: ottimi accostamenti ed una conoscenza della materia invidiabile, nonostante la giovane età. I piatti, a partire dalla qualità delle materie prime, sono ben presentati; gustosi e ricchi di sapori, senza mai eccedere; ottimamente studiati e preparati. Due mi hanno particolarmente colpito ovvero lo sgombro ed i tagliolini; l'uno delicatissimo e di raro equilibrio, nonostante la gustosità quasi tradizionale, l'altro un tripudio di "forza", che accompagnato ad un vino inusuale quanto importante per corpo, ha avvolto mente e palato, in uno splendido viaggio. Un pò meno accattivanti i dolci, sebbene si tratti sempre di ottimi livelli. Nel complesso un ristorante che merita molto e che annovero fra i migliori mai frequentati. Conto adeguato al livello, sia per il cibo che per le bevande (non solo vini), per le quali consiglio di farsi guidare anche fuori dagli schemi; il coraggio premia. I piccoli appunti spero possano essere utili per raggiungere un livello ancora maggiore; lo spazio credo ci sia. Rinnovo i miei complimenti

Siamo stati settimana scorsa ed è un ambiente bellissimo, servizio eccellente,ma sopratutto cibo di alta qualità’ . Abbiamo mangiato un risotto spettacolare complimenti allo chef e al personale estremamente gentile e accogliente.

25/02/2024: Absolutely worth trying. As an amuse bouche I was served a swordfish carpaccio with wasabi mayonnaise, a great way to start the meal. As an appetizer I took crispy octopus with tasty turnip tops, dried tomatoes and potato foam - the octopus was really tasty and had a perfect consistency; The side dishes that accompanied it were also delicious. As a first course I had quadrucci with octopus amatriciana and pecorino cheese, perfect pasta but I was truly amazed by the octopus, rich in taste also thanks to the sauce. Finally, cheesecake deconstructed with salted caramel, chestnuts and dark chocolate. Sensational, I was tempted to get another one because of how delicious it was. The service was really attentive and helpful, the atmosphere of the place was very nice, prices were normal for the quality offered, and the portions were fair. Advised!
17/02/2024: I can't help but confirm the positive reviews I read. It's the second time I've returned after exactly one year but the quality and service remain impeccable. Well done!

30/03/2024: A nice discovery for a brunch in Milan. Very nice and welcoming place, good food and very beautiful and refined dishes. The only flaw is the service. Right from the start you have the feeling that you have to hurry up and eat your meal. Surely there are reasons for reservations/times, but I would try to organize this aspect better. Above all because brunch is generally a moment of Sunday conviviality in which it is also pleasant to spend a little more time at the table after a week of constant running. In any case I would go back.
