Really good pizzeria. I'm not from the area, but I discovered Pizzeria Puccini after obtaining my pizza chef diploma there, as Beppe is a certified master pizza chef. Both as a student and as a (vegan) customer, I highly recommend trying his pizza with Neapolitan dough with 72 hours of leavening. For the first time with this pizza I didn't feel weighed down for days as normally happens when I eat out. Really good tomato puree and vegetables, cooked just before opening and directly in the wood oven. Highly recommended pizza!

I took a red pizza with aubergines and courgettes. What to say. Fantastic. The vegetables tasted magical and healthy, I should ask which greengrocer the pizza chef goes to. Excellent pizza, we'll be back as soon as possible!!

Tornato nuovamente ho potuto gustare una favolosa 4 formaggi con funghi misti e porcini. Alcune fette di crudo appena tagliate sono state la ciliegina sulla torta, su consiglio dello chef. Incredibilmente leggera e croccante, ribisserò sicuramente la prossima volta, provando il salame piccante al posto del crudo. Non vedo l'ora...

Having recently moved to a new area, I had difficulty finding a pizzeria that made pizza the way I wanted it. One day, in the letterbox, I find the flyer for this pizzeria. So I decide to book it for takeaway. What can I say, truly excellent pizza. The dough can be made of any type but I prefer the classic one with crispy edges. The favorite pizza I have tried is white with sausage and baked potatoes. And being able to assemble the pizza to my liking is something I appreciate. Last thing, the price, for a pizzeria in Bologna, is truly honest. With less than 20 euros you can enjoy two stuffed pizzas and why not also a portion of chips.

Purtroppo abito lontano dalla pizzeria quindi ci capito di rado ma ogni volta è sempre tempo ben speso. Anzi, dall'ultima volta che ci sono stato ho riscontrato un miglioramento della qualità della pizza, e non era facile perché era già molto buona. Non tanto negli ingredienti, sempre di qualità ( i porcini sono favolosi) quanto nell'impasto, più gustoso al mio palato. La montanara è tra le mie preferite.
