Absolutely delicious and the most unbelievable view of the city. We had the 6 course tasting menu and it was perfection - special shout out to the risotto with sardines and the garlic pasta. Wow. Thank you to the amazing chef, and especially Vanessa who was brilliant. She made our visit extra special. Would recommend to anyone visiting Assisi for a special meal!

The most flexible and accommodative chef in Italy. They were offering more meat & pasta on the menu. But, the chef said he would make whatever we wanted. We had tuna & swordfish tartare for appetisers, I had an a fantastic turbo fish covered with crispy potatoes and a side of fresh vegetables. Wonderful experience!!!

We had dinner at Benediko twice and both times we had more than a good time! The cuisine is both authentic and light. The products are amazing! Attentive staff. The chef is charming and very very talented!!!!!

We have been coming here for several years and it was run by several different owners.. the present team is a treat to be served by, the food is excellent which I would describe as contemporary Italian.. the service was impeccable and we loved all aspects of the restaurant… we will be back soon … Glad it reopened…

It is both when dining on the wonderful terrace. Either are amazing alone but experienced together during a sunny evening it cannot be more delightful. We tried the larger tasting menu alongside their good choices of wine. The food was especially suitable and respectful for the nature and history of this city. The care in the preparation and service felt like an act of kindness. It was cleverly simple and unpretentious yet was a joy to savour. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

07/12/2023: Dopo l’esperienza passata di 2 matrimoni con una cucina di livello, siamo tornati con piacere per degustare una cena voucher, in coppia, nonostante questo non solo il servizio è stato eccellente, e puntuale, ma abbiamo anche avuto modo di confermare l’opinione riguardo i patti, che sono stati uno dopo l’altro una sorpresa, di forte gusto, non banali e caratterizzati da forte identità. Complimenti a Giorgia che ha davvero una cura particolare per il cliente.
04/11/2023: We were here for our wedding and this was the most amazing stay! The castle goes above and beyond for everything. It was the most beautiful event. All our guests were enjoying their stay as well. The staff works unbelievably hard.

12/01/2024: Had a New Year's Eve dinner in 2023. Ate a starter of bruschetta, first courses of strangozzi with porcini mushrooms and truffles, tagliatelle with wild boar, typical desserts. Excellent cuisine, normal prices. A little cramped but dignified environment. Right in the center, you can go on foot!
10/01/2024: Nice place in the center of Assisi, where you can eat reasonably well. Personally I wanted to try the à la carte menu but in my opinion the price did not correspond to the quality of the dishes, although still very good; I therefore recommend taking the menu of the day at a lower cost but the quality-price ratio is undoubtedly better (I recommend creme brulee as dessert and all the dishes with truffles). Excellent and timely service, while the place is well furnished although perhaps a little too small, but considering where it is located, the dimensions may be appropriate
