Long selection of cocktails made with quality, as well as being good they are also beautiful to look at. Courteous and competent staff try to be as accommodating and helpful as possible. Comfortable environment and very nice place.

I have been there several times and have always tasted excellent cocktails at more than fair prices. Honestly, I was negatively impressed when we spent 10 euros for two herbal teas, served without biscuits (we hadn't chosen this option)! Not even in Via del Corso in Rome they make you pay like that. For everything else I recommend it.

Typical lounge bar atmosphere. Very tasty venison and wild boar burgers. Good quality cocktails but too expensive (most at 10 euros). The section on the menu dedicated to absinthe is beautiful.

Visited for the first time in May 2023, it has become one of my favorite places, as well as a fixed stop every time I pass through Porto San Giorgio. Ministry of Quality is the most apt description of all. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. First of all, the care and refinement of the furnishings, the first step towards an all-round sensorial experience, accompanied by lounge jazz style music that creates a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The menu is very varied, perfect to satisfy every type of palate. Each dish is refined and intriguing, with combinations of refined and elaborate flavours. The staff is impeccable, always attentive and friendly, maintaining precision and speed of service regardless of the number of customers. However, the part that personally struck me the most was the drinking. The passion and experience of the staff is incredible, from beer to wine, from cocktails to spirits, every proposal is excellent. The cocktails are also made with the highest quality liqueurs, here too there is no lack of refinement in the combinations and the ability to find new and unimaginable flavours. It is a place that must be visited at least once, if you pass through Porto San Giorgio.

Ieri io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo deciso di cenare in questo locale. Abbiamo scelto questo posto in quanto molto particolare; la location è curiosa, stile elegante e intrigante, curato in ogni dettaglio. Musica soft rilassante per farti godere al meglio la degustazione dei piatti eccezionali e ricercati che propone. Originali gli ingredienti di ogni portata, curata e scelta con studio. Servizio eccellente, preciso e impostato, in particolare per quanto riguarda Liam, il cameriere che ci ha servito, estremamente educato e molto disponibile, non solo per quanto riguarda i prodotti di vendita ma anche riguardo la storia curiosa di alcuni elementi esposti nel locale. Con i nostri più sentiti complimenti consigliamo assolutamente questo posto!
