it's a very cozy atmosphere. The menu is very clear, which in my opinion shows good cuisine and fresh ingredients. We also decided on a five-course menu with wine accompaniment and got a very good impression of the cuisine. The principle is again Sicilian dishes, which are played with new interpretations and combinations of ingredients, which from my point of view was very successful. The portions are clear, which was nice because you could try a lot of different foods. I really liked the wine accompaniment and otherwise had a very pleasant evening with friends there

Amazing experience! Very intimate, impeccable customer service and foods with a mix with intricate flavors (the chef’s welcome antipasti and risotto were superb). We also had a sommelier who came to our table and gave us a walkthrough on recommended pairings and wines to pick Highly recommend!

Absolutely excellent cuisine. Excellent wine recommendations. Tip: 5 or 7 course menu. It's better to go here now than to be annoyed by terrible food. In my opinion, the price of the restaurant is cheap for the quality.

Our first time, I was intrigued. Very interesting technique, menu you can trust and let yourself be carried away by, pleasure on the palate and underlying lightness. Very very relaxing atmosphere, with an international flavour. To return.

What an interesting experience! The food was delicious and the flavours were very delicate and combined with expertise. The free tasting appetizers were very good and the revisited tiramisu was fantastic! The waiter was very helpful in helping us choose the right wine and took his time in spite of our hesitations!

La location è piacevole con piccoli tavoli con luce bassa in una zona piena di alberghi di categoria superiore. Si presenta come ristorante gourmet con tanto di menù degustazione e wine tasting. In realtà il menù alla carte è molto ristretto, appena tre piatti per portata. Al di là degli aspetti culinari sorprende l' esosità di qualche piatto. Uno (dico uno) stigghiola" 20 euro, certamente non è più gustoso dello street food, è veramente inaccettabile. Il risotto è molto gustoso ('accoppiata aringa e funghi è strana ma efficace), anche se gli altri ingredienti presentati non si sentono. Tecnicamente non è però impeccabile, dato l' abbondante sughetto che rimane sul piatto.. Il tonno con la verdurina non è indimenticabile. Il dolce francamente è deludente. 12 euro per un gelatino che voleva essere una riedizione (senza biscotto) del tirami su.... Anche il vino al bicchiere, cantine locali, costo bottiglia 15 euro, è fuori quota con 10 euro a bicchiere, lo stesso presso di uno chablis che si assaggia da uno noto stellato bagherese. Stranamente la migliore cosa è l' amuse bouche melanzana parmigiana che io avrei declinato come antipasto in dosi maggiori vista la riuscita. Rivedere i prezzi e maggiore umiltà, altrimenti verranno solo turisti. Ristoranti segnalati da michelin palermitani hanno migliore qualità prezzo.

Zona politeama , cioè nel pieno centro moderno e modaiolo della città, molto diverso dall ammassamento pur pittoresco del centro storico , il locale che ha posti solo all interno , si presenta moderno e di dimensioni raccolte con tavoli senza tovagliato e abbastanza vicini L un L altro . Toilette impeccabili. Personale giovane gentile preparato mai invadente , tra l’altro ti chiedono se hai allergie ( e li non puoi dire che talvolta sei allergico a chi mangia con te) , menu non enciclopedico, anzi, ma tale comunque da soddisfare erbivori carnivori e ittici. Sui prezzi non parlo perché sono indicati anche nel loro bel sito web, aggiungo solo che i piatti presentano buona materia prima e ottima mano del cuoco , con porzioni adeguate, una menzione speciale alla pasta cotta nel latte di mandorle . Dunque non tanti ghirigori ma una cucina di ricerca, moderna e riuscita . dolci buoni, caffe ottimo e ti arriva al tavolo caldo.vini al bicchiere in quantità generosa . A me e’ sembrato soprattutto un romantico posto da coppie, dove all occorrenza puoi contargliela in tranquillità . Bravi, ci ritornerei .
