07/05/2024: There are places where you decide to book almost by chance. Then you arrive, you sit down and instead of booking à la carte you choose the tasting menu with the desire to get to know a young chef and his story which develops with purely local ingredients but also worked with oriental ingredients and techniques. The chef is present at the tables. Explain and tell. The price is widely sustainable considering the service. The à la carte menu is extensive and the prices are low compared to the preparation. Around 40/50 euros without wine for a first and second course. If it's your first time, I recommend the tasting menu. Ask for tempeh (if that's how it's spelled). It's worth it beyond the core. The context is refined considering the place which certainly does not allow for greater refinement. It's worth the trip. I will definitely come back.

25/04/2024: We've been wanting to go there for a long time... and we weren't disappointed. The environment is very intimate and the service friendly. The proposed pairings and the wine list are interesting. The selection of coffees is a gem.
