Baratti & Milano In Torino

One of the most famous and characteristic places in Turin. As soon as you enter you expect a certain type of service and quality which, in my case, were respected given the courtesy and professionalism with which I was welcomed. The prices are in line with the venue, in my opinion adequate. It is worth taking a tour at least once to appreciate the atmosphere that the environment offers.

Luckily the receptionist was uneducated at the checkout, finally you can breathe as you once did, amazing wait staff, very kind and polite, excellent products

An iconic coffee house right on Turin's main square, Piazza Castello. The decor is amazing and visiting it looks like a time travel to the beginning of the XX Century, and the rather high prices evidently also pay for the experience. Unfortunately, the service level we found was well above par and not at all at the level of the place and its history. The waitress was kind but most of the selection we wanted, including the bicerin, Turin's traditional chocolate with coffee, were not available, as few of the cakes on the menu. In practice, we couldn't chose but had to settle for the few items available, and it was mid-afternoon, not some strange timing! In the end the chocolate was good and the available cakes were tasty, but all in all it was an expensive and disappointing visit to a marvelous place.

Historic café in the middle of Turin. However, the atmosphere is reflected in the prices. To 'sniff in' a coffee and a confectionery while standing at the counter.

A must for anyone visiting Turin

This century-old chocolate dessert shop has gorgeous decorations and a sense of history. The chocolate flavor is very rich and is worth a try.

Atmosphere of times gone by. Worth trying, and I say this as a Turin native. I recommend the hot chocolate with cream!

Un locale molto bello, in perfetto stile ed eleganza sabaudi. Il servizio è raffinato e il cibo ottimo e leggero. I prezzi sono alti, ma l’esperienza li giustifica.
