Superlative! Even the simplest dishes such as beef carpaccio and sliced ​​meat are special and very tasty. The prices are fair compared to the TOP quality. Excellent service. Also very recommended for celiacs with a choice of various dishes, all very good.

Recommended for a good lunch in the Borgo Teresiano of Trieste, a warm and comfortable environment, away from the pedestrian area. Attentive staff and quick service.

Loved the food! We even got a sample appetizer on the house which was very kind. I got the Ljubljanska (snitzel I think it's sometimes called)...delicious. My wife got the baked ribs which were lovely also. Nice service also which made it even better, the waitress was very helpful and friendly.

Che dire? Mangiato veramente benissimo, con la sala piena ma sono riusciti a trovarci un posto per due. Servizio gentile, con offerta di antipasto tipico. Fantastico il pane caldo prima dei piatti. Veramente consigliato a chi passa per Trieste e vuole regalarsi un pasto difficilmente dimenticabile.

Per curiosità sono entrato nel locale e fortunata era rimasto un tavolo non prenotato. la cortesia è di casa, il calore dell'ambiente di avvolge. scegliendo i piatti mi hanno tranquillamente modificato gli ingredienti per venire in contro alle mie esigenze alimentari e ho scoperto sapori nuovi e delicato. davvero una piacevole sorpresa per l'avventore, ma prima di tornare è bene che prenoto per essere certo di trovare posto. complimenti

Siamo stati a cena in 3 ,abbiamo assaggiato 2 antipasti :baccalà mantecato super buono !! Un frico buonissimo su polenta gialla , uno stinco di maiale ottimo,spalla cotta con kren , già certa di maialino a bassa temperatura!! Tutto ottimo e presentato bene con cura ! Ottimo Cabernet della casa ! Peccato non aver assaggiato i dolci !! Non ultimo il locale è molto curato e piacevole!! Servizio veloce e cordiale!! Rapporto qualità prezzo giusta ! Bravi !!!

15/02/2024: Very kind staff - easy going and truly excellent dishes... the jota is excellent and also the ljubljanska made with very tender meat... super recommended restaurant
14/02/2024: I stayed at the Hotel Valeria and had a great time: a welcoming and clean environment with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has ample private parking, which is very important considering that it is only 10 minutes from the center of Trieste. I will definitely go back.

21/09/2023: Excellent aperitifs, prepared with lemon balm, elderberry or mint, to be paired with an exquisite savory strudel to be chosen with ham or cheese filling. The raw ham and the platters of mixed cold cuts are definitely worth tasting. The house wines are absolutely worth trying.
