There's no point in setting up a thousand tables and having 2 or 3 waiters.... 15 minutes to order an aperitif, and another 10 to get it.

Bar, aperitifs, ice cream shop, express cuisine, fast food, theme evenings... all this is Galliano. The quality of the food is good and varied, fast service, adequate and not excessive prices, considering the enchanting location in one of the most beautiful spots on the seafront, with a breathtaking sunset view. Their rice pudding is an institution!

Die Bar Galliano ist eine Institution in Viareggio, direkt an der Promenade gelegen. Zwar etwas teurer als andere Bars, aber gut. Besonders das Gelato ist zu empfehlen.

In una calda e quasi afosa Domenica d’inizio Ottobre eccomi da Galliano , un vero cult viareggino . Che dire ? Mah a me le novità come quella del “ self service “ non dispiacciono benché ci possa essere il rischio di non trovare un tavolo libero e di dover consumare …in piedi . Insomma prodotti buoni , vedi i celeberrimi budini di riso ma relax , insomma , un po’ limitato . Mauri

Osteria San Giorgio

06/04/2024: Nice place for a quick lunch, with quiet terrace. Food is nice, we had a risotto and fish, and everything was tasty. Staff is very friendly and the service is fast. Only objection is to the limited vine chart, as only house vine is available (white / red / sparkling).
03/04/2024: The food is very good, from the appetizer to the side dish. Unfortunately we weren't able to taste the dessert because the dishes had more than enough portions. The restaurant, despite being located in the center, enjoys a good price list. The staff are also really friendly and welcoming.
