Historic place at Consuma. Stuffed flatbreads and super pizza, delicious cold cuts, fast and informal service. Family and comfortable environment. The location is also beautiful. An obligatory destination for those who are passing through and which also deserves a trip just to go there and taste the products. Excellent prices. In short, he recommended it to everyone, perhaps as a stop after having taken some lovely walks in one of the most beautiful places in Tuscany.

Unfortunately there are only five stars... I would have given ten! Crushed meat truly from another planet...the filling then...mushrooms too good! I can only renew my opinion on an exceptional flatbread, but the desserts are no different either!

If you take a tour or go to Arezzo from Florence, stop at the consumma... squash, cold cuts and cheeses... sweet jams in oil... all home-grown... local specialties... lack of organisation... you don't have to have demands... the prices are honest...

If you pass by Consum you absolutely must eat their Schiacciata, they are famous for this. The place is a sort of food bar and restaurant, where we find the dessert section and the food section. In the latter you can have empty flat bread and fill it as you like, or you can find them already filled. (You will also find pizza). Excellent quality of the flatbread, very good toppings. If you pass by Consuma, have a snack here with the Schiacciata, you won't regret it. Honest prices We will return if passing through

05/04/2024: Very good cappuccino and also the croissant dough, but little or no filling. Unfortunately I was disappointed by the Piruli, the pastry was excellent but it didn't taste like tiramisu inside. Maybe other flavors make it better, overall I liked it. For the service you have to order and bring it to the table.
29/03/2024: Basically a nice cafe with delicious food. Tea = €3.50 :-/ Totally exaggerated. Service fee €2.00?! even though you order and pay at the checkout yourself. Toilet = there is only one. This is right next to the tables. At least 1 for men & 1 for women should be mandatory.
