Friendly, welcoming owners. They make you feel at home. We slept with them and also had dinner. Homemade appetizer with excellent home-made bread but the Orecchiette with Orapi are absolutely worth trying... as is the strictly home made dessert or desserts. Highly recommended

A beautiful experience among a kind and welcoming family. All their products, from cured meats to vegetables, from ravioli to mint cream cake. Well-studied and plentiful dishes, pleasant conversations and interesting information about the area. We were all satisfied with the beautiful evening which will certainly remain in our hearts. Thanks to Livio, Rosa and their daughter Laura, without forgetting the very nice Antonio and Livio

My friend's family is originally from Castelnuovo, so we visited the place and spent an evening having a meal at Livo and Rosa. The welcome was very warm and the food was excellent! Everything was made fresh from products from the farm. Even the wines and schnapps were homemade! In between, Livo was at our table and told us exciting stories about the individual dishes or ingredients. We'll definitely come back :)

08/01/2024: Bellissima serata con amici, in un ambiente amichevole dove abbiamo potuto mangiare anche cibi cotti a bassa temperatura. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, gusto qualità e passione sono un mix perfetto che si trova nella vostra esperienza al Boccaccio
17/11/2023: La capacita' di innovare mantenendo e valorizzando le radici e la tradizione. Primi eccellenti: tagliatelle con funghi porcini e nocciole e cavvatelli con ragout di cervo. Ma il secondo veramente da ricordare: capocollo in crosta fillo con funghi porcini, un perfetto squisito equilibrio di sapori. Molto buoni anche i dessert. Buono il montapulciano della casa. Ottimo rapporto qualita' /prezzo. Cortese e professionale il servizio e sopatutto il cuoco, non lo chiamo voluramente Chef, perche' lo vedi lavorare con le mani in pasta, veramente bravo!

26/01/2024: I agree, an unexpected place, I recommend it to try, small environment better to book. Family-like environment, 8 of us plus a child ate very well and they weren't expecting us 👍
