In an enchanting position, the Carini Agricultural Company presents itself as harmonious and attentive to respect for tradition, as few professionals in the sector now do. The environment is comfortable, both inside - with furnishings and colors that convey relaxation and positivity - and outside, with a beautiful pergola and a large lawn. Everything is produced by them, from organic wines, to cured meats, cheeses and much more. Welcoming, professional and decidedly proactive staff towards customers with numerous experiences and excellent tastings! The visit to the "Big Bench" with a walk and picnic is also really interesting. In short, let yourself be conquered by this magical place and enjoy a delicious food and wine journey and wellness for the body and mind.

A wonderful place. A charming farm with a very nice area for tasting the products and a farm shop. Everything is very well maintained and furnished with attention to detail. We tried a lot of things there and also took a small selection of the delicacies with us. We found the prices to be very fair for the excellent quality. If we are in this area again we would like to come back.

Lovely tasting of wine and olive oil! Learned a lot and bought some to take home (the dessert wine is incredible). Gluten free bread available to accompany the tasting as well :)

18/05/2024: Are you close to the centre, but don't want to eat there and at the same time don't want to go too far? Do you love Umbrian cuisine, but are you tired of eating the same old things? This is a little place you should try. Bright environment, a lot of friendliness and good cuisine with different proposals. First of all, applause for the battered cod, with an internal softness and an external crunchiness that goes to hell with any good diet plan! In addition to this you absolutely must try the paella, and yes... they make paella here!!! Rice cooking: perfect! and last… but not least the delicious coffee with 3 tastings of dessert! and the swimsuit test... what do we care... Umbria doesn't have the sea! 🤣 (even if there was a member of the league who spoke of the wonderful Umbrian sea😑) For tourists: no, there is nothing to see in the surrounding area... but you can eat well and they also have a menu for celiacs💚

07/04/2024: I found out about this establishment through the fork and I went there one evening for dinner with my boyfriend! We were both thrilled by the beauty of the location and the resort itself... everything was very accurate and elegant! For dinner we had both meat and fish and all the dishes were truly delicious; excellent value for money and the right portion of the dishes! Very friendly, professional and helpful staff! I really recommend it to everyone... we will definitely be back!!!
