I stop at this service station every time I go to Bologna or return home, it's now a habit, unfortunately we notice more and more how old and dilapidated the structure is now, starting with the fact that you can't go to the bathroom if you they have walking problems, they can become bistros, or change names in many different ways, but what is most noticeable is the use of staff with not very working hours. Consuls have a load of people especially during the days of strong exodus, certainly this justifies rudeness, even if working with the public very often you can easily reach the point of saturation, and I have seen scenes in which the staff, or part of it, operated in an excellent manner, despite the ignorance of the customers. The staff is not made up of beasts, it would be a good idea for those who decide on shifts and hiring to also take this into consideration.

There are no electrical sockets for charging smartphones and PCs, which is important for travellers.

Excellent Autogrill for a quick quality meal, I found it very clean and tidy, even the bathrooms. The focaccias are delicious, such as the reginella and the bufalino. Friendly staff and prices in line with other Autogrills.
