Room 621- The hotel offers everything and more, you have what you need when you are away from home and need to feel good, at the reception the people are truly professional and charmingly polite. I remember Martina's name but her colleagues are no different, really compliments for how you treated me and made me feel at home. Thank you!

We went there to see the Carnival and to celebrate my husband's birthday, we had the most amazing time! The hotel is very clean, it has the best position in front of the promenade! The staff was absolutely fantastic! My family and I felt very much looked after, I have no words to describe how good this hotel is, I will definitely book again and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Viareggio! Thank you ever so much!

Camere sempre pulite, sono stata con il mio cane a cui hanno messo a disposizione cuccia e ciotole. Vista stupenda La colazione ben rifornita anche per intolleranti! Personale super gentile e cordiale, la prima notte ho avuto un imprevisto con l’aria condizionata, nonostante fosse tarda sera hanno provveduto a risolverlo in davvero poco tempo e con tanta generosità. Posizione ottima

Das Essen ist teuer und zu wenig auf dem Teller. Auch die Getränke sind teuer, z. B..eine 0,33l Flasche Bier kostet 8 Euro.

Diciamo che le camere sono un po datate con un minimo di ristrutturazione. Ma il resto è spettacolare
