Crazy location, enchanting place surrounded by nature and quiet. It is truly a "place of silence". Delightful rooms, very pleasant welcome with staff attentive to customer needs. I also had a truly rich sunset aperitif with craft beer produced by them and local foods; breakfast is plentiful and complete (sweet and savory), as we would expect. Last but not least, I tried the route with the SPA included (Etruscan bath): relaxation moment, steam room and hydromassage tub, all for a relaxing weekend. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place to spend a holiday in a former monastery, full of peace and tranquility.

A magnificent place, surrounded by nature and silence. Refined and elegant without excess, as its history and context require. Friendly and welcoming staff. An intimate spa for personalized treatments. An excellent and refined cuisine. A place of tranquility and beauty less than thirty minutes by car from the most interesting art cities; Assisi, Spello, Gubbio... The craft beer produced in the San Biagio brewery is, to say the least, very good. I'll be back.

Un luogo di pace, senza dubbio! Bellissima struttura ancorché in rifacimento. Ottimo il servizio ristorazione. Gentilissimo e disponibile il personale. Di livello la spa. Ottima la scelta di purificarsi da connessioni e tv. Spunti di miglioramento: le camere non sono adeguatamente insonorizzate (sentivamo russare il signore della stanza accanto); il letto ha un materasso molto alto, dal confort migliorabile. Daremo comunque una seconda chance.
