La Trattoria dal nome evocativo "Tramway" accoglie i clienti con una vetrina che ricorda i profumi e i ricordi dell'antica Toscana. Il menù celebra la tradizione culinaria toscana con piatti come Penne alla Pecora, Maltagliati al Lampredotto e Pappardelle al Cinghiale. La selezione di vini locali è accompagnata da deliziosi piatti secondi come Pecora e Cinghiale in umido e Galletto al mattone. I contorni comprendono Fagioli all’uccelletto e Insalata mista. L'atmosfera è familiare, il servizio genuino e i dolci fatti in casa completano l'esperienza culinaria. Cibo di ottima qualitá e abbondante, nonostante i periodi. Prezzi onesti e personale molto gentile ed efficiente. La pecora é il piatto forte!

05/04/2024: This restaurant was a pleasant discovery! The staff are very welcoming and the service excellent. I really appreciated the little details, like the presentation of the dishes and the atmosphere. We will be back very soon….
03/04/2024: Restaurant of the hotel where we stayed, nice place and pleasant food. We ate very well and were happy with the quality of the food and the preparation of it. The service unfortunately hurts the experience. The behavior of the waiters towards us was rude and unprofessional. It really seemed like they wanted us out as soon as possible, it could be due to tiredness or the working day NO but it's not an excuse to treat customers (people) in this way. For the rest I recommend it.

25/05/2024: Very nice place and good atmosphere with relaxing music, very pleasant. Our experience was, however, somewhat marred by the service, enough to be mentioned here. After being seated at a table, my companion and I waited a few minutes without a menu (something that happens, I have no problem with it). However, when I managed to get the attention of a waiter to ask if we could have menus, he told me that it was up to us to collect them from reception. Seeing that I didn't understand right away, he quickly lost his patience and finally went to get them for us, telling me in a condescending way that "next time, it will be up to you to go get them." Again, I would have no problem picking up my menu myself, if I had known that was the way of doing things at this establishment. But there are ways to talk to people. I worked in customer service for five years and I know what a tough job it can be, but this rude attitude really shocked me. The rest of the waiters and waitresses seemed quite friendly and smiling that said. So I hope it was just a bad day for this gentleman. Damage.
