I returned to this place after twenty years of absence. I found it as I left it and was thrilled with it. Excellent food, courtesy as always, the place had some changes internally but it was him! Congratulations ❤️

Tradition, simplicity and quality. Gaspar is a historic trattoria perfect for spending a lunch or dinner in an intimate and warm environment. The family management can be felt both in the service and in the dishes, giving a real sense of home. Quality and genuine raw materials. The seasonality of the dishes that change throughout the year based on what the area offers is highly appreciated. Tagliatelle with sausage and mushroom ragout is certainly one of the tastiest first courses. Well done!

Domenica scorsa per la prima volta siamo venuti a pranzo da Gaspar abbiamo preso 3 antipasti 2 risotti e un secondo.Tutto molto buono, il ristorante carino e il personale gentilissimo.

21/05/2024: Nice place but...we're not there! Salmon on a bed of asparagus: sorry but...and the asparagus? Ah yes, they weren't there today, we added courgettes! Spaghetti with crunchy almonds: with almonds, not walnuts! But tell me before I take something else. Ah yes: it was just us: it's difficult to mix up the orders. It's a shame because the food was generally good anyway.
01/05/2024: Restaurant on two floors and with the possibility of a few tables outside in an oasis of peace and greenery. Well-executed dishes (note of merit for the frying) and with fresh, quality raw materials. Account in good standing with the proposed offer. Parking in the restaurant courtyard.

14/02/2024: My girlfriend and I have been coming to this restaurant for dinner for years and we love their cuisine. Intimate, welcoming and elegant environment. 6 star service.
23/01/2024: Sabbato sera a cena tra amici. Abbiamo provato gli hamburgher al piatto (senza pane) preparati con carne di qualità e ben cotta. Buona anche la scelta di vini in degustazione e la scelta di birre. Prezzo finale più che adeguato alla qualità del prodotto.
