Mr. Alberto was super kind, extremely knowledgeable and very clear in his explanations. The “tour” in the roastery was very interesting, stimulating and enriching. The coffee was delicious and the atmosphere was quaint. We also purchased coffee directly from him, ground instantly! Definitely recommended to make a stop if you are in Ferrara even for just a few hours!!!
