The environment is very nice, the atmosphere is a little dark but all in all it's okay. The service was friendly and there wasn't a long wait. I can't give 5 stars because, although my friends' sandwiches looked great and the chips were very good, my club sandwich had more bread than filling, which didn't satisfy me. The price also seemed slightly excessive for a sandwich (not gourmet), a water and a drink: €23

Ate very well, excellent food, beer too. The place is very nice with a library-like appearance. Maybe a little expensive but it's practically in the center of Trieste. Friendly and precise waiters. Advised.

Aesthetically the environment is very beautiful.
Good service, fast and friendly staff (the rating refers to a midweek day where there were very few customers, 2 or 3 tables and a few customers at the counter)
Good food, we ate some sandwiches and they were well made (a little small if I'm honest).
The french fries accompanying the sandwiches were good.
The beers are good.
The overall rating of 3 stars is dictated solely by price.
Very expensive.
Spending €37 for a sandwich, two beers and an appetizer of fried onions is excessive
(Just by the way, I travel around a lot especially for work, I often eat out and the prices are very clear to me in Trieste and beyond)

Stopped in here randomly for lunch. The restaurant itself is lovely and the club sandwich with chips is possibly the best I've ever had. Delicious.

Hamburgheria caratteristica nella centralissima via Torino a Trieste. L’arredamento interno richiama proprio l’ambiente di una sartoria, presente pure sulle tovagliette di carta. Il nostro tavolo era ricavato da una vecchia macchina da cucire Singer che fungeva da base.
Ottima proposta di panini, club sandwich, e hamburger.
Ho mangiato il Cachemire ed era molto appetitoso con del roquefort fuso, degli stick di zucchine, accompagnato da una salsa di lampone, delle cipolle caramellate, e da fettine di mela verde. Cotto alla perfezione. Anche le patatine fritte erano buonissime e abbondanti. Qualcuno potrà dire che 17€ per un hamburger sono tantini ma la qualità e la location li meritano.
