It's easy to say "Neapolitan fried pizza"... Now there is no pizzeria that doesn't offer it... But the True Neapolitan Fried Pizza is that of "Antica Pizzeria d''e Figliole". This type of pizza comes with thin dough, round in shape and with the right balance of ricotta, salami, cicoli, provola, pepper and... tomato! Masterfully fried, and kept dry. Another important aspect: we ate the pizza sitting inside, a few meters from the fryer and we returned home without the slightest fried smell on our clothes... It is a very important aspect which is often underestimated by the managers of even larger venues... . A final applause goes to digestibility: despite being a fairly complex dish, the d'e Figliole version is absolutely easily digestible, thanks to the freshness and high quality of the products. In the center of Caserta, a piece of the heart of Naples! A small takeaway pizzeria where there are also 4/5 tables where you can eat comfortably seated. We took 1 fried pizza and 1 montanarina... amazing!!! Dry fried and all freshly made. Absolutely have to try it to believe it :)

A beautiful discovery. Fried pizza crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can't smell the frying oil at all and you can only appreciate the fragrance. I liked the simple one, without filling.
