6 stars! Superlative! It is a little touristy place that only Perugians know. I have never eaten a better husband in my life. The cream is tasty but light, a cloud. Very good. Get advice from the bartender who is super friendly and professional. We saw a coffee with a “kiss” covered in cream and pistachio syrup. Superlative. I would have returned to Perugia just for this place.

The best brioche with panna I’ve ever eaten… delicious! Wonderful service from Giuliano, always very friendly! It’s impossible to go near Antica Latteria and not want to eat a brioche and drink a cappuccino.

This charming espresso bar is unassuming yet has the best coffee with cream in town. They make their own artisan cream and offer a variety of otherworldly treats such as café panna, brioche, and cannoli all with a generous amount of their perfectly balanced, velvety cream.

Ieri mia sorella ed io ci siamo concesse un lusso. Io abito a Fano, lei a Pg. In visita a casa sua, le chiedo di esaudire un mio desiderio: mangiare un maritozzo con panna fresca, di quelli mitici che solo all'Antica Latteria di PG sanno fare. E di colpo, si torna ragazzine, golose e entusiaste per questa autentica gioia del palato. Giuliano il barista con grande simpatia e professionalità ci fa degustare anche due caffè con "sorpresa" e non vi dico altro. Recatevi sul luogo e scoprirete di che sorpresa si tratta. La panna su quel maritozzo era fantastica!!!!

I maritozzi sono buonissimi…… peccato che lo storico proprietario abbia lasciato questo piccolo e graziosamente pittoresco bar nelle mani di due persone …. diciamo x nulla socievoli con la clientela !? Comunque i maritozzi meritano! 😋

Trattoria il Grottino da Orlando

20/05/2024: Visiting Cascia and its Santa Rita is religiosity, having lunch at the Grottino da Orlando is pleasure for the palate, we ordered the "Il frettoloso" menu, abundant and excellent dishes and fast and courteous service, even if the place was crowded! We can only recommend it ❤️💋
12/05/2024: I recently tried Il Grottino da Orlando in the center of Santa Rita da Cascia, and I have to say the experience was a bit disappointing. The place is very small and cozy, but the dishes offered were only average, without any particular distinctive flavors. The main issue was the value for money: the prices were higher compared to the quality of the food served. What we ate didn't fully justify the cost of the dishes. However, it should be noted that the service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant. Nonetheless, considering the cost and quality of the food, I cannot recommend Il Grottino da Orlando as a top culinary destination in Santa Rita da Cascia.
