Good food, presented with care and attention to detail. Good choice of menu and wine list. My risotto and starters were really good. The staff were courteous and attentive, even though I personally don't really like the maitres who, at every single course, ask you for your opinion on what you have just finished on your plate. In my opinion, if there is no evidence of anything abnormal, it is sufficient to ask for feedback at the end of the meal or before asking for dessert and coffee. Only two flaws in the evening spent there, which however do not affect the positive opinion: the fireplace at the end of the meal started to throw smoke and soot into the room, leaving the typical smell on our clothes; the cacio e pepe with prawns should have been more al dente and was made only of parmesan: in my opinion some hints of pecorino should have been perceived

Sono stato a cena con amici, l'ingresso non ti da la giusta impressione, ma appena entri trovi un ambiente accogliente, pulito, ordinato e ben tenuto. Molto bella anche la cucina a vista, complimenti alla professionalità dei camerieri che da subito ti accolgono e ti seguono fino alla fine dalla serata...Abbiamo cenato con uno dei percorsi che si trova nel menù e da subito capisci che dietro c'è ricerca dei prodotti e tecnica nel eseguire. Ho molto apprezzato a fine cena la visita al tavolo dello chef (bravi veramente tutti) il conto l'ho trovato adeguato per quello che abbiamo mangiato, sicuramente lo consiglio ai miei amici e di sicuro ritornerò. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità
