I had heard good things about it and we wanted to try it. A really tasty lunch and the desire to return as soon as possible. High quality raw materials and traditional Sardinian dishes. All in a characteristic environment and with friendly service, just as it should be.
Delicious appetizers with platter and broad beans and mint, the suckling pig excellent.
I highly recommend it. The price? Commensurate with the quality offered.

Typical restaurant, with Sardinian cuisine, always good food, even if this time the service was a little distracted, furthermore some dishes were not present which usually are, overall, it always deserves to be tried as a local, if nothing else to try respectable cuisine, including wines and spirits

Almeno una volta all'anno (ma mi piacerebbe aumentare la frequenza...) pranziamo in questo ristorante in occasione di un week end lungo nella zona.
Eccellente cucina sarda fuori Sardegna!
Ogni ritorno è sempre più piacevole e ci stiamo impegnando a esplorare tutti i piatti del menù, la cui generosità è la "firma" del ristorante.
Accoglienza cortese e ottimo servizio con disponibilità ad accettare anche qualche piccolo capriccio!
Ottimo il vino della casa.
Molto interessante il rapporto qualità prezzo.
É sempre utile prenotare, ed è indispensabile, nel week end, farlo con almeno una settimana di anticipo perché in tanti hanno scoperto la qualità di Ammentos.
Da non perdere.
