03/04/2024: Historic pizzeria in Turin specialized in the preparation of pan pizzas, therefore not the classic brick ones but smaller and taller, also specialized in the preparation of Farinata, a characteristic specialty based on chickpea flour, oil and salt and without yeasts. The restaurant located north of Turin is medium in size but despite this, booking is advisable given the considerable flow of customers, especially on weekends. The pizzas are very good, tasty and nice and crunchy and the freshly baked farinata is the top, the prices are in line with the market trend. Finally, I recommend this place if you want to try a slightly different pizza and if you like farinata which is truly fantastic.
