The permanent position is a guarantee, Stefano the owner is a meat lover and it is not surprising that the quality and cooking are excellent. My partner had Ligurian castraure which were also really good. Impeccable service. To try and try again and try again...
I went back on Easter Eve and tried the black angus fiorentina steak in Scotland with my partner. I confirm that everything is exceptional!!!

We are almost customers of this restaurant. On Saturday evening we had dinner in this restaurant, my partner and I had a very, very good rib-eye, two good side dishes, a good house wine and a really well made tiramisu. Congratulations for the quality of the products, the impeccable service and the professionalism of the owner. We will happily return.

I went with my family on a Tuesday evening, the place was practically empty. I really appreciated the modern and refined interior furnishings, but I was annoyed by the television and radio on, on two different channels and at a fairly high volume. From my point of view, the service could be improved: the owner gave us good advice on the dishes to take, but his behavior was often unprofessional and intrusive.
As soon as we entered we read a sign in large letters stating that we do not accept payments with the POS, but after asking we were assured that this was not true (wouldn't it be a good idea to remove it then?).
As for the food, it was really great. I definitely recommend taking the meat, while among the desserts I particularly appreciated the fregolotta with mascarpone cream.

Frequento questo locale da anni e quando ho voglia di mangiare carne di qualità vado Al posto fisso ......carne cucinata nella brace a legna e sempre la cottura è perfetta !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Comodo parcheggio , atmosfera elegante e carne esposta nella sala. Lo consiglio vivamente 😃😃😃😃😃

I went for dinner on a Friday evening, there were two of us and we had a very good time, the owner was welcoming. Few people in the restaurant so as not to have too much confusion.
We had a velouté entree that was perhaps a little too spicy, but very tasty.
Subsequently we ordered 1 tartare each and then a nice lean Chianina Florentine steak for two.
Water is a bottle of good red wine.
Honest price of €130 total.
We'll be back to try other types of meat!
