Very well-kept location. Quick and kind service. Really very good pizzas, we tried the tumminia and perciasacchi flour.

Elegant location, kind and helpful staff, especially the owner, a very courteous gentleman.
Very good appetizers. Regarding the pizzas, this place offers the possibility to choose between 3 different processes, more precisely 3 types of flour.
We chose "the middle way", and I must say that the pizzas were really good.
Very good quality/price ratio.
We'll be back.
P.S. The company of the kittens present on site was pleasant.

Le pizze sfornate in questo bel locale sono tutte con farine di grani antichi, sono una delizia e digeribilissime! Così come gli ingredienti di prim’ordine utilizzati per guarnirle… mai nome fu più azzeccato per il locale.
Plus: per gli amici intolleranti al lattosio, Mozzarella senza lattosio disponibile

Locale carino, personale gentilissimo, pizza buonissima con diversi impasti e farine siciliane. Consigliatissimo... Ci siamo andati subito dopo uno spettacolo al teatro.

Beautiful location, delicious pizza, varied choice and special pizzas. Very kind staff. The 4 of us took 4 pizzas, 1 portion of typical local chips, 2 large bottles of natural water, a draft beer, 2 cans of cola zero approx. €75. Recommendation.

One of the best pizzas in Syracuse and beyond. Next to the archaeological park, the Ai Grani Antichi pizzeria welcomes you on a journey of flavors through 3 types of flours used for the dough. Kind staff. Warm environment. I recommend the local potato chips as they dampen your hunger. Excellent quality-price.

Yesterday we went to Ai Grani Antichi for my mother's birthday. It was one of the most beautiful evenings. The owner was so attentive and kind that it felt like it was his mom's birthday. And then the environment, the lights, the pizzas, the ingredients... everything perfect. In Syracuse a parallel reality.
