Agriturismo Il Duchesco In Grosseto

I spent a few days in this farmhouse that I have known for years. The location in the Uccellina park, among vineyards and olive groves is fantastic. The welcome is attentive and professional, but the real gem is the restaurant which, with its typical dishes, will make you fall in love with the Maremma and will make you return to Il Duchesco!!! Highly recommended 👍

I left a few hours ago and I already miss it, despite the weather it was a fabulous and relaxing weekend. The place is lovely, the owners are very kind, friendly and welcoming people, the waiters are very, very kind and friendly. The food is excellent, cooked really well and above all healthy, the breakfast desserts are handmade, I specifically tasted the tart with the home-made jam, ricotta cake, orange donut, not to mention the homemade pasta with Maremma sauce, the meat and vegetables, all rigorously done well. We had a really good time, too bad it was a holiday short, but we will be back soon because I have to try the Spa which will open soon and then all that beautiful greenery and peace that is there. Thank you for everything, you really made us feel good, pampered and we regenerated, see you soon

Un locale delizioso con il personale molto gentile e attento, i piatti deliziosi e di ottima qualità, abbiamo apprezzato il vino di loro produzione. Ci ritorno sicuramente per assaggiare altri piatti che il cuoco mette a disposizione nella carta del menù. Complimenti davvero

We were recommended this place for lunch, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Matteo & his team recommended some plates of pasta & we drank their own wine which was excellent paired with the dishes, including the wild boar ragu . Matteo speaks excellent English after living there for many years.

I didn't see the rooms. Nice rustic place, good food and good service.

Just off the junction at Albarese, this cute pit stop has fantastic food and great service from the charming and bilingual Matteo. If you are on the way to Grosseto, it is worth the small detour. We had delicious pasta and wine from the vineyard. Also had fizzy water on tap instead of in plastic bottles.

Great place. We ate well. The only thing was the second course had a bit stringy meat.
