Having ended up in Minervino di Murgia by chance, we chose this restaurant where the passion and refinement of the Chef intertwine with real and natural flavours. The environment is refined and elegant, but at the same time simple. The welcome is pleasant and is enriched by the professionalism of the staff. It was very pleasant to listen to their knowledge of local products.

Ampia terrazza affacciata a valle e interni in pietra, un’ambiente ricco di dettagli e accogliente. Personale gentile, ricca cantina ben consigliata, menù che racconta il territorio in chiave moderna. Restano nel cuore il maiale cucinato alla perfezione e la pioggia di tartufo della Murgia sui tagliolini.

Ristorante bellissimo molto curato, carta di vini molto ampia, servizio in sala perfetto ma la cucina un po’ da rivedere .Antipasti molto belli e buoni i primi a mio parere insipidi e il dessert da correggere perché inserire un fico secco intero nel bicchiere dove non hai la possibilità di tagliarlo diciamo che è uno schiaffo ai denti.

07/04/2024: Halfway rendezvous between friends from Benevento and Lecce we delighted in this restaurant in Barletta close to the historic center. Troccoli with redfish sauce complete with redfish that would have served as a second course evoked the sea. Furthermore, expertly filleted raw mullet. To close a fried prawns and calamari "the one from paranza is better", warned the honest owner, Franco in name and in fact. All washed down with Fiano. The girls serving are kind and competent without affectation. We'll be back!
30/03/2024: It's just so awesome that words can't describe it. The best seafood ever. We didn't have the courage to try raw shrimps and other sea monsters, I regret it, but maybe we'll come back someday.
