A Rua Fera In Castelbuono

I wanted to thank the owner, an exquisite and kind person as well as a true Chef of caliber. We had an appetizer, first course and dessert, all excellent. Fresh and top quality products. A place that respects tradition, a simple mis en place. Inside, several historic wine bottles from all over Italy are furnished. We will definitely see you again at your table. I recommend it to everybody.

Warm, clean and welcoming place. Wide "à la carte" choice, with tasty dishes based on quality ingredients and cooked to perfection by the chef's skill. The rustic appetizer is noteworthy and brings to life the main Madonie flavours, the pork shank and the various cuts. The pizza and selection of wines are also excellent. Absolutely recommended, especially for the most demanding palates.

I've known this place for a long time, I hadn't been there for years. I can't judge with just one dinner, but it seemed to me that there wasn't the quality I remembered, without prejudice to the fact that the pizza was decent. Next time I'll try again, maybe in a warmer period

In visita nel grazioso centro di Castelbuono, mi trovo ad entrare in questo caratteristico locale. Ottima l'accoglienza e la gentilezza della titolare. Elegante la cura del tovagliato e dei piatti. Tra la vasta scelta di portate da ristorante e la grande varietà di pizze, scelgo un antipasto (che ho potuto benissimo dividere con mia moglie) ed una pizza Vittoria per me ed una norvegese per mia moglie. Impasto soffice e ben lievitato; nessuna bruciatura della pizza; condimenti di qualità ed in quantità adeguate a lasciarmi più che soddisfatto dell'esperienza vissuta.

Excellent place, nice, clean and quaint. Excellent food and reasonably good prices. Friendly and helpful staff, recommended. P.s. an outdoor space is available in the summer period.

Una scoperta sensoriale di gusto e vista, sia i primi che i secondi erano davvero buoni, servizio e personale impeccabili, bel locale e prezzi nella norma. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Uno dei piú rinomati ristoranti/pizzerie di Castelbuono. A due passi dalla piazza centrale "A Rua Fera" ha un ottimo compromesso tra cibo , qualitá e prezzo. Pizza a lievitazione almeno 24 ore buonissima ! Vi consiglio la prenotazione del vostro tavolo di almeno un giorno nel weekend.
