5 Panetti In Catania

This place made great pizzas last summer 2023. Then during the winter of 2024 until now March the pizzas we ordered a couple of times arrived full of liquid, not cooked well and with not very good ingredients such as semi-raw mushrooms and almost raw sauce. Maybe the pizza chef has changed but the quality is no longer as it was before. Who knows in the future they will improve again?

So, let me start by saying that the pizza is really, really good, but the organization is really painful. You can't make a person who comes specifically to the place wait for 1 or 2 pizzas, make them wait more than an hour... for 2 pizzas... in one order they would be able to do them, but they give priority to the domiciles (which among other things also in that case delivered with abandoning delay). Excellent pizza but terrible organization.

Pizza made with quality ingredients, always truly excellent. I recommend it.

The ingredients are of the highest quality (from fried foods to raw materials) and abundant, they are placed on a spectacular dough that makes everything a fairytale!!

La pizzeria che mi lascia soddisfatta ogni volta che provo una pizza nuova. Premesso che sono molto particolare sui gusti, ma anche molto metodica, ultimamente ho ordinato senza cambiare ingredienti la pizza Roma che trovo veramente squisita e si addice alla mia personalità. Questa sera ho voluto cambiare avendo voglia di tonno, il pizzaiolo mi consiglia la Tonno, ma io, amando la pizza bianca, faccio sostituire la salsa con il datterino confit...😋 Una roba meravigliosa... orgogliosa della mia scelta sempre. Adoro questa pizza pure per la morbidezza della pasta e per la sua digeribilità. Top!!!

La pizza vera, lievitata bene, condita bene, cotta bene. Saporita e ricca. Finalmente una gioia!
