The food is of great quality and each dish is well thought out down to the smallest detail. We had a wonderful time, we ate divinely and we felt fully pampered. A place I wholeheartedly recommend

The first time we tried a bottle of their oil, I was satisfied. Nothing to say about the food (a confirmation)... the platter with the sliced ​​ham was very good, the bruschetta with broad beans and pecorino was excellent..., the portion of tortelli with parmesan was good, too bad that nothing was explained to us at the service dish. I had to try the bruschetta because I didn't know what they were made of. Correct account.

19/05/2024: Second time at the Alchemist. This time for dinner, we were very kindly welcomed, even though we booked very late, 5 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. They immediately bring water and menus. We order a platter of cheeses and cured meats for an appetizer, then a first course, fake carbonara and a burger. The very knowledgeable Sommelier directed us to an Umbrian Merlot that went very well with all the food. Everything was excellent, service, bill and food. The place is very nice. Highly recommended

20/05/2024: Small but characteristic place. Good quality food. Crowded at lunch. For us it was like finding a dune in the desert (the navigator had led us astray). You should advise if you do not want pepper in your dishes.

Porchetta, grilled pork crispy skin 2. Handmade goose pappardelle 3. Beer braised pork knuckle 4. Assorted appetizers (ham and sausage) 5. Crispy-fried herb lamb chops. There are a few more dishes that I haven’t photographed yet.

We took an appetizer consisting of cured meats and cheeses of their production, with a taste of their oil (and a divine fruit compote for the cheeses), and three second courses of meat, of which the arugula oil which enhanced it was absolutely worth mentioning. the flavour, excellent bottled wine, always produced by them. Everything is good and the guys who run it are really nice. Well done, really!
