19/05/2024: Taste is subjective, the location is objectively fascinating and well looked after. The service was overall positive, it's a pity that the owner tried to include a bottle on the bill, instead of 2 glasses, 2 side dishes when instead only one and 2 waters had been ordered... (never ordered waterfall!!). Pay attention to the bill and get a receipt...no one can be trusted with trust anymore. Too bad, I would have gladly returned...

27/05/2024: Stopped by for a quick bite. The staff seated us even though we hadn't booked (it was early, we were lucky - booking is in fact recommended). I tasted their "Colosseum" sandwich, super! We will return calmly to taste the various types of maturation proposed!

21/05/2024: When you enter you immediately perceive attention to the customer and great organization. Booking is simple because it is done online where you also choose the time. As for the prices, being quality food, they are not low but you are repaid in everything. You can get a BBQ mix, a variety of truly delicious roast meats and spend a reasonable amount or go for very fine cuts of meat and spend much more. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

04/02/2024: A fixed stop every time I return to Assisi. Wide selection of cocktails, chosen elaborated and created by the owner and bartender. Truly a jewel (prices even too low! Some creations are worth much more than 8 euros!) . Resounding

09/03/2024: Super, fabulous pizzas, lots of assortment of flavours. They can also be enjoyed inside, the place is very small so you can't always find space; when it heats up, it can also be consumed outside. Parking available around the pizzeria. The pizza is truly special, super recommended!!

09/12/2023: This evening I really feel like leaving a highly positive review!!! I ordered on Glovo...but the pizza never arrived!!! I called the gargotta and they immediately sent me the order, even though it was obviously not their fault!!! Great seriousness, great service and pizzas as always at the top!!! Thank you so much!!!

31/03/2024: If it were possible I wouldn't even give one star to these "unspeakable". We called two weeks before to book Easter Sunday dinner, there were 12 of us on holiday with six children and when we showed up it was closed!! Do you have any idea what it means to rearrange Easter dinner for 12?? Graduates in quackery.

17/03/2024: Tried this place a few weeks ago with a group of friends, light pizza because they use part of the dough with soy, good and well seasoned. The beer is good. The staff were friendly but a bit of a wait in the service...nice place, convenient parking in front and to the side of the place but with few spaces...average prices. Next time I'll definitely try the meat... Advised...

28/03/2024: Handcrafted, juicy hamburgers and other dishes. The glazed onions are particularly delicious. I ordered a dark beer with it. Nice service from the owners. The prices are moderate.

13/03/2024: Era il 9 marzo quando abbiamo varcato la soglia di fratelli bovini, e adesso sono qui a raccontarvi di una delle cene più soddisfacenti, gustose e oltraggiosamente cazzute degli ultimi mesi. Partiamo dal locale: piccolino ma curato. Pulito ma comodo. Beffardo ma alla moda I due fratelli bovini, ( sarà il loro vero cognome? ah bho,) sono simpatici, alla mano. Ma soprattutto fanno fottutamente onore al loro nome. Sanno cuocere dannatamente bene qualsiasi proteina animale . Antipasto potente. Suggerisco di prenderlo ma dovete mettere in conto che è potente. L'ho già detto che è potente vero? I primi sono buoni certo, ma le vette si raggiungono solo con la carne ( e grazie al c@@@o direte voi, si chiamano bovini) Grande, grandissima menzione d'onore per Margherita, la cameriera arguta sagace e simpatica.

31/03/2024: While passing through Bastia we manage to book a table for dinner. Small and very welcoming environment. Excellent egg tartare with truffle. Homemade gnocchi passed with flying colors👍
