20/05/2024: It's always a pleasure to return to the Palù farm. We hadn't been there for a while, but luckily the quality is still the same. Excellent cuisine that offers dishes linked to the territory, but with a modern interpretation, prepared with first choice ingredients. The atmosphere you breathe is always very welcoming and the service is accurate; the staff very kind.

30/03/2024: The restaurant is located inside the campsite of the same name. Really honest prices for being in a mountain area and excellent quality both for the pizza and the first courses. I really appreciated the courtesy and friendliness of the owners and staff, they create a truly pleasant atmosphere! Super recommended.
16/03/2024: Restaurant close to the slopes, rental and parking. Meat starters and exceptional pizza. Fast and courteous service. Very bright and comfortable environment. Very nice man.

The place is a little dated in terms of furnishings, but traditional home-style cuisine is of a high standard. Very good quality at reasonable prices.
26/04/2024: On the advice of a colleague from Brentonico, I went with my small family to have lunch at this restaurant.
We were immediately greeted by friendly and helpful staff.
Simple but good food.
Clean and welcoming place.
We have a one and a half year old girl, with quicksilver on her, we were worried she would disturb, but the staff offered to take care of her so we could eat at our leisure and we really appreciated it.
We will definitely be back ❤️

15/03/2024: Abbiamo assaggiato i caderli e preso la pizza. I canederli li abbiamo divisi in due ed erano buonissimi. Prima che ce li portassero ci è stato offerto del pane con del burro di Malga e un piccolo antipasto offerto dalla cucina, anche questo molto buono e dai gusti particolari. Le pizze sono molto buone, hanno il forno a legna e propongono una varietà di gusti, oltre a quelli tradizionali, con prodotti tipici del territorio (io ho preso la pizza con la carne salada, il Monte Veronese e i finferli).
Prezzo nella norma e personale molto gentile.
11/03/2024: Mi sono trovato troppo bene, mi é piaciuta in particolar modo la pizza del giorno.
Il servizio é sempre impeccabile, attente ad ogni singola richiesta e a tutti i piccoli dettagli. Tagliolino al tartufo da mille e una notte.

Very few dishes on the menu, all related to trout, but good.

Average prices.
Location a little out of the way but with parking.
For those who love trout, definitely worth a try. Then you come back. 😉

17/03/2024: Cibo buono, servizio ottimo da parte di un cameriere gentile sorridente . il titolare nn fa un cenno di sorriso, sembra quasi infastidito. prezzo nn regalato per essere Agritur. penso che per accoglienza del titolare difficilmente torneremo. lode ai camerieri
15/03/2024: Abbiamo preso un antipasto e il tris di primi e i piatti erano buoni (a parte i canederli che sapevano di poco, ne ho mangiati di migliori) ma le porzioni erano troppo scarse in rapporto al prezzo, a maggior ragione in una malga. Personale poco empatico. Poi abbiamo chiesto se era possibile vedere gli animali ma ci è stato detto che erano chiusi in stalla. Inoltre, abbiamo chiesto se era aperto il loro negozio per acquistare prodotti tipici e non lo sapevano nemmeno.

mia compagna per una fuga di una notte . Accoglienza meravigliosa , la SPA e’ dotata di ogni comfort , pulita e perfetta in ogni sua parte . La camera molto bella e il ristorante e bar splendido . Esperienza bellissima e da ripetere , grazie a tutto lo staff
10/12/2023: In posizione un po decentrata rispetto ai soliti giri turistici, questo grazioso hotel, offre un piacevole e rilassante soggiorno. Gli spazi comuni sono molto accoglienti e ben curati, ed anche la SPA e le piscine, sono veramente curate. Le camere in stile tirolese, un po datate, così come i bagni ( anni 90 ) con doccia “ in plastica “ e mobili datati. Il ristorante offre un menu’ gourmet molto ben strutturato e con una graziosa presentazione, che vanta l’utilizzo di materie prime degne di nota. Tuttavia un appunto, da amante della buona cucina va fatto. I secondi, guanciotto di maiale brasato era secco e non c’era traccia della riduzione tipica delle carni brasate, così come la temperatura del piatto ( sui 20 gradi ) … stessa cosa per il cosciotto di oca, che grazie al grasso contenuto, dovrebbe presentarsi “ succoso “ e non secco, come se fosse stato passato al microonde. Per il resto , l’atmosfera e l’accoglienza, fanno si che non ci si soffermi sull’esiguità delle porzioni.
