29/04/2024: Overall, Pizzeria Ristorante Da Arnold's is a great choice to enjoy delicious Italian food in a cozy atmosphere. The pizzas are especially recommended, but there is also a good variety of other dishes to choose from.

30/04/2024: Excellent location for a hearty breakfast before heading towards splendid MTB routes; Fanes, Lake Limo, Sennes and back with the steep descent back to Pederü, for example; friendly staff, reasonable prices, the only downside is the myriad of cars in the car park, which deface the magnificent environment.

20/04/2024: I only visited the refuge from outside because it was closed so I can't review the service or the cuisine but the place is truly 5 stars. Reachable by car on a slightly uphill asphalt road, the parking (paid all year round €5 per day) is large. The paths to the park start from here. Amazing place. I was there in spring, with still snow. Walking on the plateau, towards the high refuges, I had a feeling of wildness, even if the paths are all well marked and clean (did you doubt it?). Handsome. I'll be back on vacation in the summer!

06/03/2024: Amazing ! The cuisine is entirely homemade, so reservations are required because the quantities are tailor-made. We find ourselves in a very family atmosphere, and the food is excellent but in very large quantities, the very kind cook is happy when we finish our plate!

02/03/2024: Location stupenda, si chiama osteria ma è un ristorantino in realtà bellissimo, perfetto per una cena anche di coppia. Noi ci siamo andati perché in vacanza in zona e cercavamo un bel posto per la cena dell’anniversario…la scelta guidati dalle recensioni trovate in internet è stata più che azzeccata. Il personale gentilissimo e amichevole, ci ha spiegato anche le proposte del giorno che infatti abbiamo anche scelto. La qualità del cibo ottima e il prezzo più che giusto. Lascio infatti anche foto dello scontrino, noi abbiamo preso 1/4 di vino, acqua, un primo di canederli, due tartare di manzo proveniente dal loro allevamento ed un dolce da dividerci. Posso solo che consigliare il posto perché davvero una garanzia sia per una cena come la nostra sia penso anche per una cena tra amici.

05/04/2024: A splendid place to spend a few hours having lunch, having a drink or visiting the Lumen museum. Excellent cuisine in a not too formal environment. You can also access ski clothes. At the same time you are treated like in the best restaurants. We trusted the dark menu and we didn't regret it. The presentation of the dishes was also excellent, the chef came personally to present the dessert and we were very pleased. I was surprised by the fact that having only asked for a glass of red they served me a Barolo from a magnum bottle. I gave 4 stars to the environment because at lunch if there is no clear sky to enjoy the view you lose a lot even if the restaurant itself is very beautiful. I gave the food a 4 because the dishes were delicious but not all wow-worthy. However, it is an experience that we will repeat. Highly recommended

19/03/2024: What to say. A big warm thank you to the Hotel Olympia family. Perfection is not human but we are very close here. The Olympia hotel is made of pure love. A blend of comfort, culinary excellence and customer care at levels never seen before.

30/11/2023: This is an excellent spot for anyone who likes hiking. It's a 2:30 hrs hike from Hotel Lago di Braies (600 m. ascend). This farm/mountain hut serves drinks and food, all locally made. They bake fresh bread in an outside oven, which smells lovely Very friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. From the hut you can hike back to Lago di Braies within 2 hrs or make a longer tour (3 hrs) around the Spitzkofel back to the lake. Either way, definitely worth the hike.

06/10/2023: Family-run mountain hut about 2 hours' walk from Lake Braies. It can be reached via clear indications via path 19. Sandwich with speck and cheese €8, potatoes speck and eggs €14, homemade dessert €5. Clean, large and comfortable bathrooms.

19/01/2024: Hotel - agriturismo molto accogliente, confortevole, pulito. Abbiamo alloggiato nella nuova dependance familiare, vista splendida, ben attrezzata, con sauna in bagno. Plus: posizione eccellente direttamente sulle piste sopra san Vigilio. Si mangia molto bene - soprattutto i piatti di carne dell’allevamento dei proprietari - i simpatici Icio e Caterina. l’atmosfera è sanamente familiare. Consigliamo vivamente.
