17/03/2024: We stopped here by accident - in a restaurant that was open at the beginning of the season. The food turned out to be great - fresh fish and seafood, perfectly prepared, served quickly. The service was very nice and helpful. Apparently from here there is a perfect view of the sun setting over the sea - we arrived when it was already dark, but still - a great experience!

Everything was delicious. We had a bottle of excellent white wine, and mineral water as well. We shared cassata for dessert, and followed up with a glass of Amaro each. The surroundings were relaxed and quiet, and the service was excellent. The total bill was just over €90, and I think it was terrific value. If you're in Erice, I have no hesitation in recommending Monte San Giuliano if you want lunch or dinner.

03/05/2024: We visited La Prima Dea restaurant for lunch. The premises are located in an old tenement house on the first floor. The interior retains its traditional Sicilian character. The smell of seafood wafted through the restaurant. Unfortunately, when placing the order, it turned out that there were no mussels, which was quite strange at 1:00 p.m. ... we ordered pasta and squid, which was delicious. All dishes are fresh and beautifully presented. We recommend!
