11/05/2024: Siamo stati a Bosa a Febbraio io e la mia compagna, e 2 volte a cena in questo locale molto carino. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, servizio ottimo, una bellissima atmosfera e soprattutto 2 ottime pizze, una senza glutine. La mia era normale e forse è la pizza più buona che ho mai mangiato, davvero incredibile. Spettacolare. Anche la pizza senza glutine era molto buona. Vale assolutamente la pena trascorrere una bella serata tranquilla a Sas Covas.

08/11/2023: In una piazzetta del centro storico di Bosa. Menu invitante di cucina "rivisitata" in chiave creativa. I camerieri sono gentili e spiegano le ricette. Però la mia impressione è che ci sia anche molto fumo. Per esempio se ordino una pasta con i ricci e poi i ricci sono frullati e non ne sento nemmeno il sapore per me qualcosa non va. Avrei preferito meno racconti e più rispetto e valore per gli ingredienti.

10/03/2024: Siamo stati qua una domenica a pranzo. Tutto chiuso, chiamiamo il primo ristorante che risultava aperto! Una scoperta, davvero carino, personale gentile e disponibile, molto professionale ma allo stesso tempo premuroso. I piatti una vera “squisitezza”! Consigliatissimo!

23/05/2024: Three of us went to eat. It was very pleasant in the square, and the waiters were very kind and friendly. The problem came with the food. We ordered a charcuterie board, a chicken salad (which left a lot to be desired), some empanadas, and a parmigiana. Everything was acceptable in taste, the parmigiana was especially delicious but everything was scarce and above all expensive: we paid 90 euros for this and 3 spritzs.

Once we arrived home with the pizzas and started eating them, we all immediately noticed the excess of oil in the vegetables and in the cardboard due to the badly fried aubergines. But the worst thing was the excess of salt in the dough. pizza couldn't be called pizza ortolana or margherita but rather PIZZA WITH SALT, a shame because the leavening was excellent.. I called and pointed out the huge excess of salt and was sorry for what had happened because we always had a good time. And it was always finished with flavour, but the pizza chef still didn't understand what I was saying and insisted. He really must have been interested in my opinion on the leavening I conclude by saying. 06/04/2024: Intrigued by the positive reviews we decided to have lunch in this restaurant. We were super satisfied with excellent dishes, clean place, kind and polite staff. We will return next time. Super recommended.
